Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused, clean, in original condition, and include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and any included parts.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

Returns may be declined or reduced if an item is:

  • Used, damaged, altered, or missing parts after delivery.
  • Returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Damaged due to misuse, improper charging, improper storage, liquid exposure, or accidental damage.
  • A hygiene-sensitive item, such as earbuds or ear tips, that has been opened or used, unless defective.
  • Marked final sale, clearance, or otherwise described as non-returnable at purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or troubleshooting support depending on the issue.

  3. Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.
  4. Pack the item securely with all original accessories and packaging.

Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a tracked shipping service because we cannot process a return that is not received.

Refunds
