Warranty Coverage
Eligible products may be covered for manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery unless a different warranty period is stated on the product page or included documentation.
What May Be Covered
- Charging accessories that stop working under normal use.
- Cables, adapters, hubs, or power banks with confirmed functional defects.
- Earbuds or electronic accessories with confirmed hardware issues not caused by misuse.
- Products that arrive defective or fail shortly after normal use begins.
What Is Not Covered
- Accidental damage, drops, cracks, dents, bent connectors, or crushed items.
- Liquid damage, heat damage, corrosion, or exposure to unsafe conditions.
- Misuse, improper charging, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use outside product instructions.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, packaging damage, or minor appearance differences.
- Compatibility issues where the product is not defective but does not match the customer’s device, case, adapter, or setup.
- Lost or stolen items.
How to Request Warranty Support
Contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos, and where helpful, a short video showing the problem. We may provide troubleshooting steps before approving a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Resolution Options
Depending on the issue and product availability, we may offer troubleshooting, replacement parts, a replacement product, store credit, or a refund. Warranty resolution is determined after review.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned for inspection. We will provide instructions if a return is required.
