JoeysGadgets.com ships mobile accessories and electronics using available carrier services based on destination, item availability, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently focus on orders shipped within Canada. If a shipping destination is unavailable at checkout, we may not be able to complete the order for that location.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed as quickly as possible after payment is authorized. Processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, payment review, inventory checks, or address verification.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout when available and may depend on destination, product weight, product size, shipping method, and current carrier rates. Any free-shipping offers are subject to the conditions shown at the time of purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, rural delivery routes, holidays, customs processes, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timelines.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking details after the order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. We may not be able to change an address once an order is being processed. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to resend.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows a package is delayed, missing, or delivered but not received, contact us with your order number. We may ask you to confirm the shipping address, check with household members or building staff, and allow the carrier time to complete an investigation.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with photos of the box, label, packing materials, and product. This helps us review the issue with the carrier and determine the best next step.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If this happens, items may arrive on different days and may have separate tracking numbers.
